In this menu, you can assign any user the manager role. You can also search for a user in the list of managers. |
To access Managers settings:
Go to Omnichannel panel settings, as shown below:
Settings appear, as shown below:
- Select the user from the drop-down, as shown below:
- Hit Add.
- The user has the manager role now, as shown below:
Enter the manager’s name in the search bar, as shown below:
