Replace with railsbridge-boston/railsbridge-vm?

I've continued development in this repo (we used it in Boston in January) -- removed most of the references that called it the "RailsBridge Boston VM" and changed it to just "RailsBridge VM":

It's and automated build, just updated to latest Ubuntu LTS and Ruby 2.0 versions. I think it's addressed all the open issues here (#2, #6, #7, #8).

We're doing a Boston workshop this weekend so hopefully anything else that needs to be ironed out can be discovered. Would love to hear from another local chapter that wants to help test it out first.
