What maintenance needs to be done?

When a patron is excluded from either the eligible or ineligible files built daily for the Alma patron feed the reason should be recorded.

Why is this maintenance needed?

• When patrons are excluded from the feed of data supplied to Alma their net IDs are collected and sent in an email to circulation managers for review. This reports contains only the net ID and no details as to why there were excluded.

Acceptance criteria

• Notification email of invalid patrons contains details about why they were rejected.

Implementation notes, if any

Example. A patron who is a RETR status is excluded from the ineligible users file sent to Alma. The notification should add a reason column that states "Ignored as ineligible because RETR status".
