I got some users as soon they open the app they get this issue

DioErrorType.other in Api-link: null null (response) - null DioError [DioErrorType.other]: HttpException: , URL: ...

it happens to both cases if the API calls with headers and no headers am not sure why this happens

using
Flutter 2.5.3
dio: ^4.0.3
