update the obtaining info on front page
- move the 3 route outlines to psi GH page
- here, just link to psi downloads page
general front-page updates
Add big warning to any ipynb binder-linked to use binder lightly and clone-your-own soon if you want to play further
Emphasize somewhere on obtaining that no compile required.
