Texts in the performance plots on the documentation website can't be read on dark theme #80

This also affects the README.md page on GH on dark theme. I have observed this for a while because I'm a dark theme user. I just hadn't reported it until now. A solution would be to explicitly set transparent=False in the .save() command.

You're right! I'll handle this tonight.
EDIT: handled but need to change default plot generation. I would also like to create a GH Action to run it on release and abstract out the plot and benchmark function for future examples.
