Fine-tune character width and spacing

Fine-tune character width and spacing like this:

• 98% character width - should be done something like the "Scale Intelligent" tool shown in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uOsYMctPRNg (currently seemingly unavailable for Linux and/or in FLOSS tools?) to preserve the width of strokes - be careful to exclude e.g., the round shapes in (C), (R), (P) from the modification while including the letters enclosed therein
• +2% tracking (space between letters) in Scribus
• Be sure to also change the font metadata accordingly if needed
