Description

SQL generation for the database object needs to be turned of because this is done by trek (or the place where it is deployed).

Steps To Reproduce

Relevant log output

failed to generate migration statements: failed to execute target sql: failed to execute target sql: ERROR: CREATE DATABASE cannot run inside a transaction block (SQLSTATE 25001)
