blank pages without reason

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
both server&sub=chars and server&sub=playersonline give me blank page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.4

Please provide any additional information below.

It's not the first time that I get this problem. Only way to fix that was to 
re-install the website. Everything's going fine and after few days, it's the 
blank page into players online and Characters.

Its bcz core/sdl/class.zone.php

Maybe is encondig, this file is broken everytime :S, i try to edit but i cant, 
reuploading will not solve, i have edit this with net2ftp and for now works 
fine.
