I discovered how to remove this behavior, turning Night Light On or Off does not do anything, but if I change the color temperature a bit, it already turns back to how it was. Only issue is that after, the screen went about blinking as if you were reconnecting the screen back on. Weird behavior. It's not even time to change the warm value.
Actually this wasnt enough, the issue still seem to persist even after turning it off.
Another thing I noticed, if I do like what I mentioned above, change the color temperature, it resolves the problem. But after I left the auto lock happen, when I logged in back on, the issue was back on.
It doesnt happen if I manually lock the OS.
Before when trying to turn night light on and off didnt do anything, but now, it is doing, maybe because the color temp value is at a different point, not sure.

It doesnt seem to affect screenhots.
Edit
I will leave it open, in case it can be used to do something about it, and I will turn night light off and use this https://github.com/mahor1221/reddish-shift instead.
