Why port 80 443 is closes?

I run Plesk latest version with this command
sudo docker run -d -p 80:80 -p 443:443 -p 2082:8880 -p 2083:8443 -p 8447:8447 plesk/plesk

responded
port 2082 2083 8447 is open but 80 and 443 is close

I tried to run random automatic port mapping with command sudo docker run -d -P plesk/plesk and then it's same thing. not work!
