Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently there is not any documentation outlining configuration setup for how to validate with the CLI. For users that need to setup validation for content from scratch, we need to detail out the configuration options.

Describe the solution you'd like

Documentation that shows how to configure, as well as a complete example that uses the cli-preset for the reference assets plugin
