Describe the bug
The permission reset only appears to reset permissions for the current or primary language (not sure which). See https://forum.pkp.sfu.ca/t/reset-article-permissions-author-copyright-not-working-in-multilingual/78114 for a description of the issue, which has been confirmed by two users.

What application are you using?
OJS, OMP or OPS version 3.3.0-x
