Use typescript definitions from DefinitelyTyped #95

https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped contains modules for Ethereum specific type definitions. These should replace at least some of the incomplete definitions from https://github.com/pipeos-one/pipeline/blob/83d1bca8342c60011843d8cc38cc3f391533029a/server/src/interfaces.

For example: https://github.com/pipeos-one/pipeline/blob/83d1bca8342c60011843d8cc38cc3f391533029a/server/src/interfaces/soltypes.ts
