Delete all subscribers

I am seeking a way to delete all subscribers. Or to delete all subscribers (from the whole system) that are on a specific list.

Workflow

Currently here is my workflow with using Mailchimp and why I think I need this feature.

1. Each week, go get a CSV file from my system with the contact list, including all mail merge columns
2. In my mailing list software, delete all contacts
3. In my mailing list software, load the CSV file
4. Send my mail
