Slow charging

Current Behavior:

Very slow charging (200-300 mA)

Describe the bug

Phone is charging very slow, 4-5 hours to 100%, when phone screen is turned off, charge power goes up to 1400 mA but it still slow and charges for 2-3 hours, my phone supports 15 watt charging

To Reproduce

1. Flash SparkOS 13.3 from fastboot
2. fastboot erase system
3. fastboot flash system system.img
4. wipe data
5. boot
6. charge phone

Expected behavior

I'm expected normal fast charging about 1-2 hours with 15 W power
