Galaxy S21 FE Exynos not recieveing SMS #2634

I've tried flashing most of the PHH Android 14 GSI's but none of them are recieveing SMS messages, I've already tried IMS Settings alongside the fixes I've found on XDA with no luck. I'm on G990EXXS9FXE2 firmware.

Download the zip from the XDA website https://xdaforums.com/t/fix-for-samsung-s21-fe-5g-gsi-no-sms-received-problem.4646395/ then install this as a magisk module

I already tried this fix and unfortunately it does not work.
