Offer some training guidance

During trainings around these guides, managers had a number of questions/concerns related to restrictions on their actions. Provide a manual that enumerates some of these concerns and addresses them.

Ex: In addition to fostering trust, keeping confidentiality is useful to you, as well, if you don't want the policy to be misused for axe-grinding.

Ex: Why shouldn't they come to me first if I'm their manager?

Ex: These guides don't encourage people to solve problems for themselves.
