Can't delegate with a wallet that has previously voted

Given that I am trying to use the delegation UI
And I am using a wallet address that has already voted on governance
And I am trying to delegate the DOT

Expected: I am able to delegate
Actual: I receive an error message, letting me know I am unable to delegate and must unvote / reap my vote

The delegation UI should prompt me if I want to unvote/reap my previous vote on this account, so that I can then delegate my vote.

Nova has a good example of this - please review their UX
