Revive LAVA for 2024.
1- Upgrade LAVA to work with LLVM-11
2- Automate creation of LAVA docker images to be pushed to DockerHub
3- Consolidate and update installation scripts
4- Delete outdated code
5- Remove all Python2 code
6- FBI now uses PyPanda API to get the recording, and uses JSON instead of Panda log parses. We remove the need to compile PANDA.
