Support for multilingual course pages

An enhancement idea: supporting multilingual pages. Perhaps via a _posts.en and _posts.fr system or via encoding it in the post name somehow.

Here is an example of a multi-lingual course: https://github.com/p2pu/exploerer. There might be better ways to do it, but I find that being able to deviate from a 1-to-1 translation is better
