Could we replace SigmaJS with 3D network viz software? Discuss with @filipinascimento

It is possible, I have a working 2D version for medium sized networks and another in 3D for large networks, but some interactivity may need to be implemented. Anyway, sure let's discuss that.

In addition to a cooler viz and being able to handle more nodes (therefore dropping some of the k-core pruning we do), we may also consider novel interactions such as:

  • Different ways to layout/cluster nodes
  • Select nodes
  • Moving/dragging nodes
