Compiled Musescore 4 crashes after "First Steps" Windows

I compiled the current master branch on Windows 10 using MSVC 2019 (2022 is also installed) and Qt 5.12.2. It compiles without an error in commandline and Qt Creator using "cmake -P .\build.cmake". I start it with "cmake -P build.cmake run -F". After the splash screen, musescore seems to start correct and opens the "First Steps" window, which also works correctly first (changing colors). When I close this window or press next, musescore crashes. This is the output on the console:

I am stuck because I don't get any detailed error message. Can anybody point me into a direction how I could solve this?

One suggestion: this line

might suggest that you did not run the "install" step, or that you are not running the installed executable (see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/wiki/Compile-in-Qt-Creator#change-project-install-settings). Might that be the case?

Another idea is that it might be the same problem as #17246 and #17224.

Infortunately running the install step did not help. I got rid of some error messages but it still crashes in the same way:

In those issues, there seems to be consensus that it has been caused by #16866, so you could check out the code before that pull request.

(You can also check out 4.0.2, but that is less useful if you want to contribute, since we are not planning to create any more 4.0.x update but are working on 4.1 on the master branch instead.)

Then you could do a little trick: in the MuseScore build, go to "DevTools" > "Settings", search for application/hasCompletedFirstLaunchSetup, and set it to "true". Then, you won't see the "First launch" dialog anymore, and thus no crash will occur even in the latest master branch, so that you can at least use the app. (However, for other dialogs as mentioned in those issues, a crash will still happen until we fix that.)
