Summary of Steering Committee Discussions and Suggestions for Q3

1. Cancel Integration Specialist Position:

   • Action: Cancel the Integration Specialist role.
   • Details: Transition task management to Darwinia Network Integration Repo. Tasks will be managed by Itering, and the community can still submit requests to this repo.

2. Pause Data Analyst Position:

   • Action: Pause the Data Analyst role.
   • Details: Focus on defining more specific and smaller scopes of requirements, which will be drafted as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and managed through Darwinia Network Collaboration Repo.

3. Consolidation of Programs:

   • Action: Merge the remaining elements of the Ecosystem Program, Technical Manager, and Open Community Infra Program into a single Marketing and Branding Program.
   • Lead: Furqan@DotMatrix
   • Budget: Maximum $4.5K/month, including:
     • Website and app-ui development: $1,000/month unchanged (Hamid@DotMatrix)
     • Marketing, Branding, and Operations: $3,000/month maximum (Furqan@DotMatrix)
     • Open Community Infra Program with RPC incentive reduced to $500/month maximum. cc @fewensa

4. Q3 Budget and Proposal Requests:
