IntelliSense doesn't work

Hi all,
I've tried to config IntelliSense in VS Code but no success.
Any of described steps didn't help: https://cakebuild.net/docs/integrations/editors/vscode/intellisense

Hi @Marusyk, are you using the latest version of the Cake .NET Tool (v1.1.0)? Did you install the latest version of Cake.Bakery (v0.6.4)?

Can you try the workaround described here to see if it works? #3171 (comment)

yes, it is the latest version of all. Just reinstalled OS and want to prepare my laptop for Cake demo

I'm using Windows:
Cake.Tool - 1.1.0
Cake.Bakery - 0.6.4

This one helped me: 2. Cake: Install debug dependencies
Didn't see it in https://cakebuild.net/docs/integrations/editors/vscode/intellisense
It would be great to add this step.
