I hope everyone is doing well. I've come across a behavior in ManageIQ that I believe could be improved, and I'm seeking some assistance or insights on how to address it.

The Issue:
I've noticed that the search functionality in ManageIQ appears to be case-sensitive. This behavior can make it challenging to find items, especially when the exact case isn't remembered. For instance, searching for 'catalog' doesn't yield results if the item was named 'Catalog' in the system.

What I'm Seeking:

Is there a configuration or setting that I might have missed to make search case-insensitive?
Has anyone else faced this issue and found a workaround or solution?
For those familiar with ManageIQ's codebase, how complex would it be to introduce a case-insensitive search feature, and where might one start?
