BigBox Video/Graphics Animations Lag ONLY on Sunshine with Moonlight Client Version 0.22.2.ad7d52c

So I have an Intel 8700K with Nvidia RTX 4070 Super and everything streams perfect with Moonlight Except BigBox

It lags terrible, the sound is fine but the video and graphic animations stutter and drop frames like crazy. Once I launch a game or emulator from BigBox or play any other PC games or any video content outside of Bigbox it is flawless.

Not sure what specifically with the BigBox Videos and graphics animations may be tripping it up but I rememeber not having this issue a few versions ago using Sunshine
