[BUG] Cypress test failing in functional test repo

What is the bug?
As reported in issue opensearch-project/opensearch-build#2908, there are failing cypress tests in the functional test repo. Log files attached in that issue (such as the ones attached in this post)show failures in the acknowledge_alerts_modal_spec.js , alerts_dashboard_flyout_spec.js, bucket_level_monitor_spec.js , cluster_metrics_monitor_spec.js, and query_level_monitor_spec.js despite these workflows succeeding in the plugin repo.
