Make the tabs able to keep the current scroll positon when swapping tabs

when you swap tabs so if your browsing newst for example and press on info to see what a mod actually does it will start at the top again when you swap back to the tab. it would be a lot beter experience for the user if the tabs could remember what position you were at so you dont have to start from the top every time you swap between the tabs
