Fix GitHub Actions Authentication Issue

  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue of the failing GitHub Action due to bad credentials. The error was occurring in the usthe/[email protected] action, which was unable to authenticate with GitHub.

The issue was resolved by ensuring that the action has the correct credentials. This was done by modifying the workflow file to include a valid GitHub token.

Summary of Changes

• Identified the workflow using the usthe/[email protected] action.
• Added a with: section below the action, if it did not exist.
• In the with: section, added a line github_token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }} to provide the action with a token for authentication.
• If a github_token line already existed, ensured that it is correctly formatted and is using a valid token.

This change should resolve the authentication issue and allow the GitHub Action to run successfully.
