  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue of the failing GitHub Action dessant/lock-threads@v4 due to bad credentials. The issue was identified in the workflow file .github/workflows/lock-issue.yml where the action was using an outdated or incorrect secret for authentication.

Summary of Changes

• Updated the secret used for the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action in the .github/workflows/lock-issue.yml file. The action now uses the NEW_GITHUB_TOKEN secret for authentication.

Please note that the NEW_GITHUB_TOKEN secret needs to be set in the GitHub repository settings with the correct credentials for the changes to take effect.
