Fix Bad Credentials Error in GitHub Actions

  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue of failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The problem was identified to be with the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action, which was failing due to an invalid GitHub token.

The changes made ensure that the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action uses the GITHUB_TOKEN secret, which is automatically created by GitHub for each repository and has the necessary permissions to perform most common tasks.

Summary of Changes

• Modified the workflow file that uses the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action to specify the github-token in the with section.
• If the github-token was already specified but used a different secret, it was changed to use secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN.
• If the github-token was specified and used secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN, a note was added to check the repository settings to ensure that the GITHUB_TOKEN secret is valid.
