Fix GitHub Actions Credentials Error

  I created this PR to fix the failing GitHub Actions.## Description
  This PR addresses the issue of the failing GitHub Actions due to bad credentials. The error was encountered when running the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action.

The issue was resolved by updating the GitHub Actions workflow to use the correct credentials for the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action. The credentials are stored as secrets in the GitHub repository settings and are accessed in the workflow file using the secrets context.

Summary of Changes

• Modified the .github/workflows/workflow_name.yml file to update the dessant/lock-threads@v4 action with the correct credentials.
• The action now uses the GH_TOKEN secret for authentication.

This change should resolve the "Bad credentials" error and allow the GitHub Actions run to execute successfully.
