Add labels to html

Since chakra-ui randomly generates CSS-in-JS, this means that some components/elements do not have meaningful identifiers in html that can facilitate debugging.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Establish naming standards (e.g. which elements should have labels, when to use classNames vs id)
• Add appropriate labels to the React components (if missing)
