Sorting Parameters

In API Records we determined is that sorting parameters would be important to have the opportunity to sort a resultset and to page through sorted results.

We have a draft Sortable Collections requirement class now, which still needs to be filled up, starting from the Features and/or Records (collections as a Local Resource Catalog) requirements.
