[Test automation] Make system specs run on the relevant user profiles

What we should change and why (this is tech debt)

Most of our system specs run on superadmin profile. While this greatly simplifies the setup, it leaves the build running in scenarios which do not mirror the usage in production (superadmins are mostly instance managers, which means by far the smallest user group).

Impact and timeline

The build should reflect usage in production, instead of focusing in profiles which are a minority within the OFN usage.
