@jmakowski1123 I added openedx/modular-learning#177 and openedx/modular-learning#193 (copy tags when copying library content into a course). But let me know if you want to delay that or do them in another epic.

@pomegranited No because as I understand, we're aiming to do #1341 now (before Sumac) instead of epic 8.
