Sorting takes capitalization into account

When sorting by e.g. title in the events table, titles starting with a lower case letter will all follow after titles with an upper case letter (or the other way around if you sort DESC instead). This is consistent with the behaviour in the old admin UI, as this a quirk of sorting in Elasticsearch. But I still think it's weird and we could at least talk about if we want to do something about it
