need quick link to Leap portal

https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:42.1 is a nice page with plenty of useful information which should be reachable from the landing page:

• feature list
• screenshots
• hardware requirements
• various documentation including release notes and most annoying bugs

However for Leap we only link to https://software.opensuse.org/421/en which is missing a lot of this, and doesn't even link to https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:42.1 itself!

@aspiers So briefly, your proposal is to swap links, am I correct?
@sysrich I request your approval for this (if I understood well of course 😄 )

However, I think that both links need a lot of work to make them more user-friendly.
We might as well start thinking of creating sub-pages inside the landing page, keeping the style and making it more MKT material for every mayor release of opensuse (Richard, I would definitely consider this now that I have a fixed time allowance to work on OpenSUSE). And when there are updates or minor releases, we mention the link Adam shared for more information, because that will be easier to maintain the way it is.

Hi folks, let's see if we can close this soon ;-) Obviously the correct link is now https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:42.3, but as noted on openSUSE/software-o-o#255 (distribution pages should link to most annoying bugs), the bigger question is: do we need both the portal page and https://software.opensuse.org/distributions/leap ? If so, what should the scope of each page be? Currently the latter seems to be more focused on the actual installation process, whereas the Portal page is more generic with wider scope - is that right?
