Bug fix
clip, latent-diffusion, taming-transformers in requirements/optional.txt is not compatible with setup.py, git ignored. pip install -r requirements/optional.txt
This is the only way to successfully install. pip install "mmsegmentation[optional]"
clip, latent-diffusion, taming-transformers ignored.
