Support MMDepth

Motivation
Recently, many monocular depth estimation methods have received a lot of attention from the community. Does openmmlab have any plans to develop mmdepth in the future? I recently developed an mmdepth repository based on the mmsegmentation framework, which can be well integrated with the openmmlab series of open source repositories. I know that mmsegmentation now also supports depth estimation tasks, but it seems that there is no plan to maintain a separate repository.
