Describe the bug

in this page : https://mmpretrain.readthedocs.io/en/latest/notes/finetune_custom_dataset.html , step 3, the note said that "Not all backbones support the frozen_stages argument by now. Please check the docs to confirm if your backbone supports it."

and that link lead me to a not-found page.

umm.. does it mean all backbones support the forzen_stages argument right now?
