Reproduces the problem - code sample

chamfer_distance算子在shape为[17, 131073, 2]时，cpu标杆和cuda计算结果不一致，在chamfer_distance_cuda_kernel.cuh中增加打印之后，出现计算结果改变，且变为cpu结果的现象
