It seems that Runway has recently removed their Stable Diffusion models from Hugging Face (https://www.reddit.com/r/StableDiffusion/comments/1f7ryhs/runwayml_removed_stable_diffusion_model_from/), which is causing errors when attempting to run scripts or applications that rely on these models.

Error message:
Entry Not Found for url: https://huggingface.co/lllyasviel/control_v11p_sd15_inpaint/resolve/main/model_index.json.
