The work controller should not recover the default values of manifestwork

I use manifestwork to apply a CR, after the CR applied, its operator will add some default values to the spec of the CR, but the work controller will recover the default values when it reconciles the manifestwork, this may cause the conflict error when CR operator and work controller update the CR at the same time.
