cannot validate LTC (litcoin) address starting with ltc1 #77

let say the ltc address is valid for sure and active just starting with ltc1
 const valid = WAValidator.validate("ltc1someaddress", 'LTC');
/// will be false

any idea why ?

I cannot validate 39iKaL8NBNxTnVxA4YS6sNC2A9euTgowft for LTC, btw i could see this address in ltc mainnet - https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/address/39iKaL8NBNxTnVxA4YS6sNC2A9euTgowft/
