Expected Behavior

I just expected it to run normally in normal mode

Current Behavior

Generally, when running in normal mode, it does not run without any messages or reactions.
At this time, a crash actually occurs and a crash log is created.
And when I try to run it again, OBS got into trouble in the previous session and I get a message asking if I want to run it in safe mode.
It runs normally when running in safe mode.
I have reinstalled OBS several times to fix this issue. (I even deleted all the user settings.)
As for the OS, I don't think this is a problem because it's a newly installed OS.
All drivers have been updated to the latest.
There have been a number of similar cases in the OBS forum, but the solution presented there, the Intel IGPU driver, did not apply to me.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. just run it

Anything else we should know?

This issue does not occur with the OBS 30.1 version.
It seems to be happening with the latest version of OBS.

After deleting "obs-websocket.dll", it started.
However, the websocket function is no longer available.
I hope this helps you solve the problem.

This crash is unrelated, and is likely caused by obsproject/obs-websocket#1244
