libusb error while flashing u-boot for iMX6ULL NAND

I am trying to flash u-boot iMX6ULL custom device having NAND (based on iMX6ULL EVK). I am using YOCTO build system provided by NXP, I have made necessary changes suggested in the UUU guide for u-boot.
I am using Ubuntu 20.04
While flashing, I am getting below error:

Can anyone suggest what can be the issue?
I tried in different ports, desktop, and external power supply as well. None of the things worked.
