Nord theme support

Current only Nord Color Scheme is supported. Without Nord Theme the editor appearance is incomplete as buttons, menus, tabs, etc are not consistent with the editor scheme.

Do you guys have any plans to release Theme support as well? That would be so much appreciated!

A UI theme was planned as documented in #6, but due to the fact that Sublime's theming API is a total mess it has been aborted. Please see the comments in #6 for more details about the problems.
Maybe someone who really like to see a UI theme goes ahead and submits a PR.

@arcticicestudio, thank you for the insights. Sorry that I missed #6, it indeed explains very well why creating a theme is far not that simple. My skills would not be enough to provide a quality theme. Hopefully there is someone with theme creation experience who can do that one day.

I'll give a counter opinion and say that I like my color schemes to be independent of the theme I choose.
