I'm using fork of django.js and can't freeze requirements pointing to my fork #59

I install my fork of django.js

pip install -e git://github.com/pcompassion/django.js.git#egg=django.js-dev

when I do pip freeze

It shows django.js==0.8.2 or similar. Can I freeze my git version as I could do with other github hosted libraries?
